Data Science Intern

Remote internship covering intensive training in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. Built an end-to-end AI-powered hiring workflow using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enabling recruiters to upload resumes and rank candidates against a job description, and integrated a chatbot interface so recruiters can query and interact with resume data conversationally - streamlining the screening process.

Selected in Nov 2023 and progressed to Alpha and Beta tiers based on contributions. Conducted technical sessions, created learning content, and engaged with the tech community around Microsoft tools and platforms.

Co-Organiser

Organised technical workshops focused on Microsoft Azure, GitHub, and Power Platform. Played a crucial role in planning and executing student-led events.
